not whale noises or anything like that - or anything purposely mellow. maybe you seek solace in iron maiden, or jessie j. for me mr brightside always makes me feel a strange sense of relief. always plays when the night is ending or at least pretty energetic - means you’re where you need to be, coming out of your cage and ultimately, doing just fine.
