I really want to get more into camping! For California specifically, but I’ll take any tips :) In the past I usually piggyback off of someone else’s camping trip bc the process of booking seems so daunting. I want to be a self-sufficient camper! Do you book a certain amount of time in advance? Do you only use first come/first serve campsites? Do you not even use a campsite??? Please tell me.
