…and everything nice. It’s a patty shop and bakery in Jamaica. Get there. I grew up eating these almost every day after school, I would recommend the chicken patty and the cheese patty which is beef and cheese.

an east end Toronto gem, their tomato noodle soup got me through the winter and now I am friends with the whole team and we hang out
my order is: polish breakfast swap meat for veg pierogi, coffee, and a veggie cabbage roll with 12 frozen pierogies to go. then sometimes if I’m feeling really special I will get one of their donuts, specifically the raspberry-filled one.

cafe regular is the cutest little place, somewhere a grandma would love but so would the coolest person you know. purity diner has its own little society going on inside, there’s regulars and employees who have a rapport like nothing i’ve ever seen! in prospect park, the dog beach and the nethermead are the best spots to just sit and watch! and the best fruit stand is mr. lime! always so fresh and juicy and yummy, and they do specials like 2 boxes of strawberries for $5

Why not systematically observe, experiment, measure, test, formulate, and modify a hypothesis? Research! Employ the scientific method! Expand your knowledge (and accouterments)! Looking for new kitchen gear? Wirecutter, America’s Test Kitchen, Bon Ap, Cult Flav… you don’t have to listen to them but you can and it isn't lovely to know what makes a great mandolin?
