It's a podcast where people call in to a live twitch stream and ask advice from a man in a gecko costume. What more could you want? But, really, the guy who hosts this thing, Lyle, has quickly become my favorite podcast host ever. His dry sense of humor and profound outlook on life makes him an amazing guide through all of the chaotic and wonderfully strange calls that come his way in every episode.

this is my favorite podcast!!! psychologists and best friends dr. kirk honda and humberto castaneda analyze people and happenings and ways of the world from a place of love and empathy while sharing their own shortcomings. they’re the educators but they’re also open to change and it’s inspiring! once you’ve listened to a few and you understand their relationship, i highly recommend listening to the episode Kirk and Humberto fight and cry. basically the hosts get in a big fight on air then they go back and analyze it and it’s just a perfect distillation of real love and friendship and trying to understand each other. :)

my podcast roladex (will prob be updated considering the trajectory of the earth): - emergency intercom - beersos - upstairs neighbours - talk nasty to me - perfect person - the broski report - so true with caleb hearon - cocteau twinks - jumping in an elevator (mikes mic) ok like podcasting is a disease and it is spreading worldwide BUT I LOVE A GOOD PODCAST BETWEEN FRIENDS they very often pull me out of an anxiety spiral or will ward off the incessant loneliness of depression which is great like why are they lowkey better than ssris🧎‍♀️🧎‍♀️

For some reason I can't stop watching this quaint, gentle, contemplative, and cerebral TV show. I rarely watch TV--especially these days. But for some reason I just find the relaxing tone and EXTREMELY subtle humor of Joe Pera's show here to be something really special. It's about the closest a "comedy" show can come to creating the sensation of ambient music. I just like to put this on and vibe.

A friend of mine reminded me of how intrusive and satanic the constant ads on YouTube are these days, and, yeah, he was right. Eliminating the need to watch double ads has made being on the app more enjoyable almost INSTANTLY--especially since I'm on the site all damn day. I guess it comes with YouTube music and stuff as well, but it's really the ad-less experience that makes it worth it.

Get some adjustable dumbbells for your house. Bent rows, shoulder raises, curls squats, overhead presses. Do it for the dopamine. Go.
