cooking is when you make something hot with a pan on the stove or a pan in the oven or boil something up like some shells or fingerling potatoes. sounds exhausting. that's why for the past few months, most days as i drive home from work i buy a thing of greens (right now im partial to organic girl baby greens + crunch but basically anything that's not grossed chopped bagged iceberg or romaine will do) and make some caesar salad. i put whatever i have in the caesar salad. rotisserie chicken. mushrooms cooked in butter and wine that i made for a dinner that wasn't ceaser salad. fritos. almonds.
rn my stomach feels terrible, i wake up in pain. think i should stop eating caeser salad??
hear me out ~~~ this salad i made is actually so refreshing and i haven’t wanted to eat vegetables other than caesar salad in a month— snap peas, radishes, mint, basil, a lil lemon juice and sea salt and olive oil. top w feta. yay
Not for every meal but making a giant bowl and eating it all week saves so much time and energy. right now it’s kale salmon caesar. before that it was italian pasta salad. Seeking recs for easy everyday lunch bowl, need a new safe food
Just met Woody Allen IRL and saved his life. There was a big scary spider about to bite into him. Luckily I was there to stop anything bad from happening. The spider was huge. Almost as big as the spider from the lord of the rings movies or other movies about big spiders. Soon-Yi was also there. She says hello and that she was moved by my act of selfless bravery.
