in the time it takes the bread to toast u can smash up an avocado with all the fixings - salt pep and a little olive oil are easiest but the sky is the limit (i love adding chili crisp and feta). edible in the car if necessary and looks cute all plated up too

I eat two different kinds of toast (one for breakfast and one for lunch) every day. My breakfast toast is wheat bread with crunchy sun butter & apple butter !!! My fave. My lunch toast has a scrambled egg (I don’t love eggs but it does the job I guess) and I put cheese on that to distract me from the egg. But you have so many options for other things you can put on toast !!!
