i live in an apartment complex where the mailbox is a 3-5 min walk so it's a nice excuse to force myself to go outside even if I know there is nothing in the mailbox. maybe you could try something like that?
but also ik ppl like going to parks to read or doodle ppl or birds or smth, but even going out to do errands will get you outside!
