And don't pose it like the cooking is a question, pose it like you're obviously going to cook and all they need do is tell you what they're in the mood for. Just be like "hey I'm cooking dinner for you, do you want soup or lasagna?" And include lots of healthy stuff cause you know people aren't out here eating as healthy as they should.

This is literally reversing so much damage caused by social media and screen addiction. And you can bird in groups so it's just a bunch of nerds (said lovingly) not using their phones just walking around in the woods and pointing out cute birds. This hobby is amazing

At the end of a long day, just brew some decaf (so you can still get to sleep later, sleep hygiene) and sit down at the table, maybe light a candle and put some gentle music on and just have a conversation with yourself.
