If someone looks at his phone while talking to you: stop the conversation immediately If someone is late for a meeting more than twice: cut the friendship. If someone doesn’t reply to a personal email: forget this person. Curate all the people who only talk about food, vacation places and gym routines out of your live. If you need help for whatever reason and a friend checks his calendar first it’s not a friend.

Don’t let anybody dictate who you’re friends with. If they don’t like a friend of yours, that’s fine but if they start pushing for you to unfriend them…(run away).
