it’s such a refreshing summery-type snack/light lunch that’s super easy to prep. the sweetness from the apples compliments perfectly with the smokey-saltiness of the salmon and the dollop of sour cream adds a lovely freshness to it all.

super tasty with lemon juice ! had it with a cucumber, dill, soured cream and felt like a grown up bc only grown ups eat things like smoked salmon

OOTW (outfit of the week)

It’s fun to pick one (cute) look and wear it to every function for a solid week, and then choose a new one and do the same thing the next week. you feel like a cartoon character, it’s an exercise in branding, and it keeps the people guessing in a different way than wearing a different outfit would. just keep it clean! No spilling!
