keeping my head up, no phone no music no book Here are some ways i pass the time: -finding inspiration in strangers’ sartorial decisions -eavesdropping -noticing the architecture of passing buildings, the way the light is landing or the shadows are falling -imagining how a medieval peasant would make sense of the world if they were suddenly teleported through time to the present moment -looking at the sky and thinking about something I want to write later

color! read! draw, doodle! listen to music - and only listen to music! or even listen to the conversations around you! people watch! journal, write! learn a craft - knitting and crocheting are relatively lowkey and easy to carry around! and, most importantly - be bored! let yourself sit in silence and see what comes up! make conversation with yourself! it's the airport, babey, no one's gonna care!
