I made 6 on my roof in BK using standard storage bins, working well for three growing seasons so far.
My neighborhood doesn’t have enough city-designated green space (don’t get me started on our need for trees). But this also means that our neighbors get super creative with carving out spaces for plants to grow and thrive. I’m obsessed with this repurposed clawfoot tub full of flowers. Because why not??
