nothing makes me feel older than tight hip flexors, creaky knees, and an achy lower back. I usually do a flow of "threading the kneedle," cat cows, downward dogs, hip switches, and end with child's pose
only thing keeping me sane rn my back hurts easily I feel like n when switching between working on ur tummy in bed and sitting at a desk doesn’t relieve the pain sometimes a little ball action does the trick !
This position is pretty great for cracking your upper back periodically and if done weekly (holding the pose for ~3+ minutes, possibly in addition to the other stretches depicted) can definitely improve your posture a bit. (N.B. video is kind of a summary/ad for a paid program that's like £45)
