so what if you normally go to bed at 10pm? stay up and giggle. it’s 12am and you’re saying you need sleep then suddenly it’s 1am and you don’t want to stop and by 2am your cheeks hurt from giggling so much.
so what if you’re tired the next day, it’s worth it you’ll be fine.

Ok ik its bad for you and you’re really tired in the morning but dude everything is so much funnier and I have way more energy which is prob bc I wake up late. Also I just feel like creating and talking more and maybe it’s bc ik I should be sleeping which makes me not want to sleep. when ur awake at night and u have a friend who’s up at the same time just feels more personal because yk theyre the only ones texting you.

I think it's the best sweet spot. You get the room and satisfaction of feeling like you stayed up a little late, BUT can still say you slept before midnight.
Plus, you can still wake up relatively early (7-8am or so) and get your full 8 hrs of sleep. So yea, I fw an 11pm bedtime lol

I went on a date this morning and it was sweet and fun and now I feel like I can do it again and it was so nice to meet a new person I’ve never known before. Incredible to know other people do exist.
