when you think about it, this is the most challenging temp to achieve. it had to start hot and cool off OR cold and warm up. there’s something to it…..

People who dont get enough sleep are way more likely to get neurodegenerative diseases like alzheimers and parkinsons. also reading. doesn't matter if its a gossip magazine or an ayn rand essay... exposing ur brain to new concepts and problems and then considering them... thats what ur brain is made for. thats what she craves I wanna add a source but im just gonna google the same stuff u google tbh
