Nothing beats a nice walk on a 69-71°F morning, just basking in that not-too-hot morning sunlight and letting the birdsong wake you up naturally.
If I could bottle these mornings up and keep them on my nightstand, I would.
could do without the all nighter part tbh but i’ve been pulling a lot of those lately and i always make it a point to go on a walk when the sun is rising! the world is so peaceful and pretty … and then i have to go back to work 🤠🤠🤠
