Call it inner-child work or label it self-soothing, but Iβve found solace in revisiting the books I loved as a kid and teen. I recently loaded up my e-reader with a charming selection of these books and have loved reading them in bed. Highly recommend making a list of the books you used to love and indulging yourself in them.
