New rice fixation dropped - I saw this on Instagram and have been eating it for three days straight, with salads, pickles, an egg on top, etc. etc. I think it also does well with glutinuous or jasmine rice, it's more... home-y and cosy.

greatest invention besides toe socks and those pregnancy pillows. rice being so versatile with literally everything, its so liberating and creative! u can add a little bit of everything, i love mine with eggs and sambal maybe iβll cook up eggplant as a topping to be a little flirty but other than thatβ¦

This is what I call it hahahah made by mums everywhere but the greased up version is sold along stalls in Mumbai. Two regular slices of white bread, buttered, and the middle filling is cream cheese with red onions, coriander/cilantro, tomatoes and some minced chillis. All veggies chopped mini cube size so they blend with the cheese. Toasted crispy.
