social anxiety fears ME. singing a little song with friends (and strangers) and watching other people get up and do it too is soooo fun. I may not know a lot of popular karaoke-able songs but I definitely want to do it again :)
Gazpacho only in the late summer, persimmons only in the winter, etc. just because we can import anything from anywhere anytime doesn’t mean we should. Nothing is special if you can have it whenever you want it.
