just took a nap (rare for me) that was over an hour instead of a quick 20 minutes, because even though I set a slew of alarms to make sure I woke up, I set them all for tomorrow morning.
I am feeling crazy right now
I just woke up. It’s 1pm. cant remember the last time I slept this late. I feel kind of crazy but also like I accomplished getting some deep, deep rest
been staying up yapping until 6am consistently… then wake up at 10, take a nap around 3 and caffeinate to taste
so many interesting things would be missed if i was sleeping
