Jean Seberg is the original cool girl! Plus, Jean-Paul Belmondo! Pretty much put the French New Wave on the map. I also love Days of Heaven (1978) though Brooke Adams and Linda Manz are more doomed than anything else. But itโs aching beautiful and will haunt you in the best way. Oh, and make you want to watch all of Terrence Malickโs movies, especially Badlands (with Sissy Spacek as another amazing cool, doomed girl!) Happy watching ๐ค๐ฉถ๐ค

a few people have said this to me and it's honestly made me so happy and such a great feeling to know you make other people feel at ease too. i really am a people person and just love getting to know anyone and everyone whether it's people's friends, family, partners etc.

i've spent most of the year focusing on self-love and also valuing my friendships and putting the work and time into them... i feel better about myself than i have in years โ i haven't really felt that loneliness from a lack of romance because i still experience intimacy in a different way. we go for dinner, to the cinema, to exhibitions, have little holidays and sleepovers... but now that i do feel so great, i feel like i've unlocked a new version of myself that's a bit more flirty and carefree lol. my friends are great and beautiful, and it turns out their other friends are too. as long as there's no history or anything you're complicating, i vote to have a look around and get to know your friends' friends!
