most low effort bfast ever... 2 packs of kodiak protein oatmeal (bc we should all be striving to get yolked), 6oz of almond milk, and a handful of frozen mixed berries. mix it and throw in the fridge over night. i use a mason jar so i know how much milk to pour. i used to be intimidated by making oatmeal idk why??

off the oatmeal rec — I personally find overnight oats easy and delicious and filling and you can jazz them up so easily. my fav recipes is oats / cashew milk / salt / a little honey / vanilla bean paste or extract / really good runny natural peanut butter (like Pic’s). but like if you’re craving fruit, lean into fruit toppings or mix in frozen berries the night before. you can even add in protein powder or yogurt. and put it in a cute little jar for a fun and stylish delivery method.

so easy to throw all your ingredients into a jar and let time do the work

overnight oats are an easy breakfast in the morning when you’re running short on time. it taste like dessert but with 40+ grams of protein i am satiated
