My band of like 20 years ago got together again to release this for Halloween. Itās the song we used to close all our sets with. We would all just go ballisticā people would jump on stage with us and singāand it was just really fun.

a messy & intimate look at my chemical romance in their revenge era catching them between new jersey basements & future arena rock superstardom . the band is funny & sweet & gross in about equal measure , they clearly all love each other a lot + thereās some great performances in there as well .
itās definitely a bit harrowing to see gerardās alcoholism on full display , but as a portrait of the band it gives a lot of context to how the band was formed , why they became the standard bearers for 2000ās emo , why they would eventually break up (& come back together) .
for a double feature iād recommend following this up with āthe black parade is deadā to see them at their absolute (2000ās) peak

Here is a piece that I am livestreaming indefinitely on youtube. Itās footage from basically everywhere Iāve been in the past 3 years or so. All over America. YouTube is really a blessing; even if it was _just_ a storage platform for video it would be above and beyond anything else. I really recommend finding ways to make stuff for youtube.
