I could go on and on about this album, I personally think it’s Janelle at her best but I’ll keep it short.
Flow: So many gapless transitions, tracks flow into each other so well.
Filmic: The suites feel like you’re listening to a movie. And the whole project is a concept album, there’s a story to follow along w/ the music
Genre-bending: truly genre blending, there’s elements of everything, there’s nods to art rock, soul, hip-hop, pop, classical.
Again I could go on but check it out if you like getting immersed in a full formed world
