i learned how to drive from the endless hours i spent playing mario kart and i was suprisingly very good at driving in high school. since going to college i got really into biking since its more manageable in a small town. not sure if its the nostalgia of being a senior but iβ€˜ve kind of fallen in love with it - that and i have kind of developed a fear of driving! it kinda sucks especially going back home in a big city eek! plus biking is better for the environment, #W

literally a crazier high than most drugs.... i've been irrationally terrified of driving for as long as i've been alive. never been in any serious car accidents but even as a toddler i remember some of my first nightmares being of me behind the wheel. now im 21 and ive been practicing for only a month but im no longer having a panic attack when a car comes near me. i feel normal. i feel free. i feel like i can do anything fr. i drive around for fun now in my own car with the sunroof & windows down, i talk while i drive, i change the radio, i sip my slurpee, all things i could've never imagined before because i was paralyzed with fear. i merge lanes safely & even cut off slowpokes. i graduate from permit to official license next week LOL. it feels like finally being part of the class that gets the pizza party this is living!!

learning to drive last year was the best thing. so much more freedom. wish I’d done it earlier! Trains in the U.K. are so expensive, even with insurance I think I’m actually saving money (which is horrific and insane). This rec is for everyone, but mostly it’s for younger me, cause why tf did it take you so long???

the air is getting colder and i start to hear this album. it is one of my all time favorites, i would definitely recommend for anyone to give it a listen as it is very unique in it's sound. an interesting blend of guitar, piano, flutes and more "classical" instruments alongside digital synth melodies and glitch-pop distortion, it blends so many things together to create such a wonderful sound and wide variety of emotion across the whole album. give it a listen and let me know what you think.

I know you're a jeff buckley fan so i'm sure you've heard this one. if you haven't i would check it out. him and elizabeth fraser (of the cocteau twins) made this beautiful masterpiece, it always makes me feel that gut wrenching feeling of doom and loneliness because it's so bittersweet
