a very eccentric old woman in rural poland tries to explain to her fellow villagers that the murders happening around them are the revenge of mistreated animals, if only anyone would listen! so idiosyncratic and funny, plays with unreliable narrators and mystery tropes and makes you think about the sanctity of life in all its forms

i only recently read this, but i think it’s become one of my favs! dark feminism, mystery, hypocrisy of tradition…i really enjoyed it! it’s written well, has a good balance of tones and had a very fun ending 10/10!

Nearly done Our Share of the Night. This might be the best fiction book I’ve ever read (I tend to exaggerate but I’m not playing). Mariana Enriquez has my heart forever.

whenever i’m feeling stagnant, i take a shower. it’s an instant reset, don’t even have to wash your hair, it’s enough to just be under a hot faucet for 4 min

great way to get a sense of a city, whether that be where u live or just a place you’re visiting. i also love seeing ppl make and share work outside of institutional structures. reminds me of how weird and creative we can be <3
