if you buy some superglue and a pack of (strong) magnets you can make almost anything of a certain size into a magnet for your fridge! I don’t really like pins because idk what to do with them and have discovered just gluing a magnet to the back of them and putting them on my fridge! I had this epiphany while making clay magnets—an idea my friend had for a party at her house.

Might I recommend getting clip magnets so you can clip up letters or notes you have to remember or bills you have to pay. A cool candy wrapper. Some business cards you’ll most likely never look at but have pretty logos. old photos of distant relatives. Or ones you didn’t get to meet but you were holding the photograph for your mom and then decided to keep it. Postcards. Drawings from friends. polaroids with friends

I’ve compiled a couple: - qpdf for renumbering pages (like when the first 10 pages are in the preface and are numbered i, ii, iii, etc.). You have to know how to use a terminal for this one. - Briss for splitting facing pages (like in a scanned book)

A Tinder-style app for clearing out your camera roll: swipe right to keep a photo and left to get rid of it. Might sound intimidating, but you can pick it up or put it down whenever. Best part is no ads or premium version!

This changed my life, but just use whatever (with a lid) container you have (I use my dishwasher pod plastic container) and put it in the freezer!! It never smells bad that way and stays out of the way
