I agree with @DIGIJACK, I love appreciating things in life that other people might not notice. I had these waffles a bit ago because my cousin was telling me about having French toast as a late night snack and I thought that sounded good. I grabbed a random amount of berries and was able to arrange them to make an aesthetically pleasing waffle. a good breakfast is a great way to start the day

I don’t realise how crowded it can get in my mind sometimes. I like to set up an exotic spa-like environment in my room - candles, lights and all. Lie down, gently feel all of my body - starting from my forehead all the way down to my toes. All in silence, I’ve found this to be a deeper meditation - to realise the full extent of your physical being. This is all you! Everything you’ve done in life has brought you here. It helps me empty my head, and make me more purposeful in everything I do
