My friend Pat got me these for secret Santa cus these were all I wore in high school and while playing Fortnite recently I said “in life you only need two pairs of shoes, chuck taylors and nike Cortez’s” so this is also a rec for my friend pat for being absolutely GOATED. got these as a christmas present my freshman year of college, so eight years ago now. they were my daily pair for all of college and I only stopped wearing them once the soles were so worn that they became a slipping hazard when it rained. the toes are permanently bent upwards but they still fit fine even though my shoe size has gone down since I got these. I still wear them on occasion if i'm gonna be doing something sporty

Literally love these shoes cuz they r so cool + comfy + like nobody has them so everyone’s gonna ask u where they’re from and then be shocked that they’re Nike :) also they’re the comfiest shoes I’ve ever owned I wear them everyday and I bought them at the dover st market in London on a trip w my British boyfie 🫦💗

I feel like I’ve picked up so much good music by just instantly downloading an opening act’s album right after their set. Just saw Wishy at baby’s all right last night and they had a band called Plastic open up, tight band & tight name, I’m sold.
