i first watched LOST (2004) in 2014. didn't rewatch it until 2024. perfect amount of time to wait between rewatches. you remember just enough to know what to expect but not enough to dim any enjoyment. i can't believe i've been dumb enough to rewatch how i met your mother every two years.

i'm doing my first rewatch, 10 years after my first viewing in high school. it's hard to understate how much the show cooks through and through. so many moving moments consistently. i say this about a lot of shows, but goddamn if this isn't the best show of all time. it makes me angry that tv looks and feels so cheap these days. my heart soars watching this. i miss when shows constantly spewing about destiny and good and evil had real weight behind them.

my parents favourite tv show, and in watching it i can come to the conclusion that oh. yes. i am your child. grateful that you didnโt board oceanic flight 815 and birth me on a dodge island so that i can watch a show about that happening to other people. when people (like my parents) tell you this is the greatest show of all time THEY ARE NOT LYING ! i am only on season 3 but the levels of mouth wide open out loud saying what the fuck that i have reached ? dare i say more shocking than back to back scream tv series halloween special episode reveal followed by its immediate cancellation. cannot express my lost obsession to you right now i am having way too much fun.

if i like something i will watch the shit out of it. when frozen came out i watched it 30 (thirty) times before i stopped counting. twilight franchise? itโs like a fill in the blank script game. currently rewatching the bear for probably the 15th time. finished a new show in may and im already rewatching it. also currently rewatching the real housewives of atlanta that iโve seen many a times. waves? i replay it in my soul. seeing moonlight tonight for maybe the 4th time. i find comfort in this almost like a sport or a hobby
