I tried it for the first time recently and I’ve been wanting to try making it ever since! Do you recommend a recipe? Looks yum!

josephineh We used the “Cook What You Have” cookbook by Milk Street, so the recipe is on their website but paywalled. I’m seeing a few other recipes that add a bunch of spices in but we basically made a base and only spiced with harissa, salt, and pepper! And I also used San Marzano canned tomatoes, which are good quality!
