for me a fundamental part of the joy of going is reacting to/dissecting upcoming movie trailers with your friends while you wait for the movie to start. also quoting the nicole kidman monologue word for word if it’s an AMC
i know it’s dinner and a movie but I like going to earlier screenings - then i have the time to debrief and analyse while the movie’s still warm and fresh in my head during dinner or drinks.
