As someone who had some harrowing experiences with massages, this is the only massage I get now. It is so deeply healing on a soul level lmfao. I am one of those people that loves burning hot showers and my thermostat to 80 degrees, so this tickles that part of me that needs heat !

If you have a shower head put it on full blast on medium heat and hold it right up to your face until your face goes numb. It is the best feeling ever, like a massage from a woman with beautiful small strong hands.
