The best $25 I spend every month. Literally pays for itself if you see one movie plus if I see a bad movie I don’t feel like I wasted money

I recently watched The Monkey for free at Chicago's Music Box Theatre — and even stuck around for Perkin's Q&A session. I have to say, it was the best movie-going experience I've ever had. An organist played the score with diabolical cymbals in the background — come on! And the movie was hilarious and equal parts gory!

Going to the movies rocks. this was honestly such a hard question. This isn’t exactly the ~best~ movie but it is a great movie to see in a theater From like 19-20 going to the Landmark in Westwood to see the Room with my friends rocked. The Room is such a funny bad movie and it’s even better at this theater because of all the canned responses the audience has to the shit happening on screen. its similar to how campy people get with Rocky Horror Picture Show. People throw plastic spoons and loudly jeer at the movie. occasionally Tommy Wiseau and maybe Greg Sestero will show up and you can take a pic. Highly recommend pregaming and then going with your friends at least once sometimes a specific audience for it will suck but overall it was always pretty fun.

All of my journeys and people i’ve met on the walls with unique furniture i’ve collected that has found me throughout my life, warm and mainly reminiscent of my childhood home. No real aesthetic just life, lots of different patterns and plants on every shelf along with books and an abundance of physical media. Basically where I would want to be raised as a child. Keep in mind this is my final home I would take my last steps in not exactly my college apartment or something of my early days. Similar to Gilmore Girls home, or even the Call Me by Your Name house!

Fear never goes away you just need to move your body and shut up. I am an insane over thinker and I never stop thinking. I solo traveled to Argentina and I am going to a concert in a few days alone. If you keep at what you love even alone you will meet people on a similar path soon enough or maybe not! But you will learn a lot about yourself, and who you are. Also in regards to confidence. It’s a muscle not a thought process or a personality trait. You need to consistently work at it to keep it strong! you got this!

Missing when people would actually post on social media, random silly stupid shit that didn’t matter and not just highly curated and perfected moments of their life. Basically before insta stories existed. Also meeting ppl through myspace and going to concerts and other things together.
