You could try taking short naps. Set a timer for twenty or thirty minutes. It can be enough to wake up feeling refreshed. ✌️

take naps!! in the past, i used to feel guilty about napping, like there was always more to do. now i squeeze them in when I can. hell, i'll fall asleep anywhere.
