I woke up at 5:30 to be at the yoga studio by 6 to clean. I clean there twice a week and in exchange I get to take classes for free :) so I did that this morning, it feels nice to start the day off really fucking sweaty. After that I went to a bakery and got a niiiice loaf of bread, and then went to the grocery store for A few lil things.
I got home and made my ideal breakfast: two jammy boiled eggs with Malden salt, some of the aforementioned bread toasted with butter, a few slices of cheese, and a pear. ofc I had about 15 beverages with it too ( black coffee, coconut water, juice, and kefir).
I folded some laundry and changed my linens before getting ready and going to work. It was a very slow shift today but my coworker and I had some good conversation and I got some reading time in ( notes of a native son by James Baldwin).
I came home and ate a leftover poke bowl and allowed myself to have a night of rotting and listening to music. Iβm sleepy now.
