Iโ€™ve unlocked something deep inside me now that I eat a piece of buckwheat bread in the morning. Unsure what I unlocked but Iโ€™m in a groove. Gluten free and it tastes like sourdough. I like mine with a little ghee, maldon, almond butter, seed of choice or blueberries. I wash it all down with Wellbutrin and coffee and Iโ€™m out the door. I like the brand Pacha at Whole Foods in freezer aisle.

Iโ€™m just pressing on icons randomly. Reminds me of the time I first got to use a computer, which looked the same too. Iโ€™m enjoying it. I like it better this way.

What they feel. How they communicate. You donโ€™t need to be into plants to like this book. Itโ€™s simply letting you in in this other universe when humans are not the main character and itโ€™s so beautiful and rewarding. Trees socialize, grow societies and children and take care of their neighbors and friends. And itโ€™s not even a metaphor.

Stack up on: chickpeas, lentils and beans. With chickpeas you can do hummus, you can roast them and eat as a snack or serve as a side dish with anything. Lentils are great for a quick creamy soup (you only need a carrot and an onion extra) and itโ€™s super mega tasty. Or you make a lentils hummus and use as a spread. also lentil bread is very good! These are cheap, high on protein and filling but also very delicious in my opinion.
