lifting with improper form
No this is not an anti-rec. Today I was going to move a case of wine and squatted to the floor to lift it up with the most impeccable form and RIPPED THE CROTCH OF MY FAVORITE PANTS. i will NOT be lifting with my legs going forward, I will forfeit my back but not my five panel carharts. Will not share a photo of the crotch rip so here’s a pic of my favorite coworker instead.
