I think it's an underrated spice. From the moment u start cooking w it, its smell is fucking awesome, but then with food it's like uuuuuhhhhh ahhhhhhhhhhh mmmmmmmm Now I understand the Ratatouille movie.
i once made a really cursed roasted beetroot pasta seasoned with rosemary so itβs a bit tainted for me but god i wish i could reverse time and experience it untainted
