Yes it’s annoying to start building this habit but I SWEAR it’s life changing!! My back hurts way less + I can move freely like Im actually my age and not 98
as ive gotten older ive felt less and less flexible so ive been stretching in the mornings and it’s been amazing. i think everyone should. we only get one body, take care of it!
it helps with back pain, makes you seem taller, looks better in photos, overall great habit. it takes a while to force yourself into the habit but it’s now a subconscious act to roll my shoulders back and check my posture. 10/10 would recommend
