Nothing beats jamming it out with your buds. It doesn’t even matter if you can play an instrument, get together and make some noise. It’s cathartic and fun.
Then u can have built in friends and rehearsal time just = friend time
(It can be highly stressful sometimes but at the end of the day it’s the best this is me and my drummer I love him he takes his sticks and hitting things so seriously)
I’m in my 30’s and I still can’t get the hang of this. I race a razor around my face like it’s trying to catch a bus.
Never shave when you’re in a hurry and don't shave like your competing in a time trial.
