ANTI-REC: STUDYING THINGS U DONT CARE ABOUT

i’m taking a subject that i had to take only for the number of credits it gives me, and it just seems so existentially useless that I get viscerally desperate everytime I read a word from it. Today’s biggest accomplishment was to get myself to open the notebook. worst thing is that i KNOW this is an easy A+ but i just don’t care enoughhhhhh . heeeelppppppp💔💔💔💔🥀

exam ego death

im at a stage of 3 weeks of finals with 1 exam left in 2 days that i never even attended half the course for... this psychotic dedication to Condensed Matter Physics has me in a new state of mind; everywhere i turn i see condensed matter physics, tight-binding motels influencing magnetic susceptibility, semiconductors influenced by energy band gap transitions there's something so cathartic about this academia-addled state of mind

pair of earrings and a nose piercing

I've had the earrings since I was about 5 years old, never taken it off unless it was to clean them. Recently got a nose piercing last year so i haven't changed the stud out yet due to many warnings of infections that will follow but I'm planning on changing it out for a hoop in the next few months
