Just made this and it was SO GOOD it's so quick and easy and has very few ingredients. I discovered my garlic had gone bad so made this and it actually worked better without I think! Only takes ten minutes. This serves one: Ingredients: 12ish pomodorini tomatoes, olive oil, pasta (fusilli works best for the texture), red wine (old, cheap, nasty is fine), garlic salt 1. Start cooking your fusilli for around ten mins 2. Quarter around 12 pomodorini tomatoes 3. Heat olive oil in a wide low pan on medium heat. Throw in tomatoes when hot enough and stir lots so they don't stick. Add a generous sprinkle of garlic salt 4. Turn heat up high and add a splash of red wine 5. Once pasta has been cooking at least five mins add a big spoon or two of pasta water in with tomatoes. Stir til combined and turn down the heat to low/medium when it has reduced and starts bubbling 6. Add in about 50ml of double cream and stir til well combined and heated 7. Once pasta is done put it in with sauce and stir til well combined 8. I like salt so I also add some Maldon salt flakes on top πŸ‘Œ

put some olive oil in a pan, when it gets hot throw some garlic in. when that's gotten nice and smelly, put some heavy cream in. add spices, i like to use oregano, rosemary, thyme, and basil (paste form is the best). stir. add tomato paste, one that comes in a tube is best bc it's easiest. shred parmesan (don't use pre-shredded, it won't melt right. using a rotary grater is best bc it makes it easier for u). i like to add a little chili powder to taste but at this point just adjust the amounts of everything to your liking; personally i prefer the tomato flavor to be just as powerful as the cheese flavor. when everything is melted and mixed in, take off heat and toss in your choice of pasta-- i like farfalle because i love to have fun. bam, you're done, and once you get the hang of it you can do it all in one pan so it's less dishes

Ever since I can remember I have loved pasta with tomato sauce. If someone put a curse on me which meant I could only eat pasta pomodoro for the rest of my life I would say β€œomg yay”. I am a pasta pomodoro connoisseur - I have eaten it all over the world, from Japan to Cuba. It is also one of the only dishes I can cook myself (apart from eggs as we know). Recipe: Slow roast cherry tomatoes in the oven with oil, salt and garlic on a low heat for 2 hours and then add in the pastaΒ  - yum!

chop 1/2 yellow onion or 1 shallot and 3 cloves garlic, brown in pan chop 2 tomatoes of choice once onion & garlic are browned add tomatoes leave on low-medium heat and agitate from time to time until texture is as desired add some salt and pepper if you want once tomatoes are cooking down, cook pasta (probably penne but prefer rigatoni) until al dente strain pasta while saving a bit of water, pour pasta back into pot, add sauce from pan into pot and mix well boom

1. Don't set an alarm and wake up naturally. Snooze for however long you want to, it's okay 2. Have breakfast. For me it's toast. Have it with butter/jam/honey and a lot of water and coffee and juice. 3. Listen to an album in full and do some puzzles until it ends. I like to stick a record on and do the nyt games (connections, then wordle, then the mini, then I'm ready for a crossword) 4. Shower and use all your best stuff. Smell great. Make your hair feel soft. 5. Wear an outfit you don't get to wear that often. I tend to wear the same thing over and over at work so I wear something a bit more fun and less practical. 6. Go outside. I live near a road with secondhand shops that are great browsing but quite tempting on a budget. To beat the temptation just look in the windows and then walk round the streets or to a green space if it's a nice day. Walk as fast or as slow as you like. Try and spot cats that might let you stroke them. See how each place you go smells different. Walk down streets that you've not been down before just because. 7. Come home and decide how much energy you have. If you have energy do an activity (I would write, play an instrument, do some art, read, play a game) if you don't then watch something from your watchlist. Saturdays feel like a good day to watch something new. 8. Cook yourself a meal. Start before you're hungry and spend ages on it. Use every pot. Listen to music. Sing whilst you wash the dishes. 9. Play! Video games, board games, internet games, card games, phone games, rearrange your plushies, embrace your inner child. Play with ideas, experiment with felt tip pens, write a limerick. Get silly with it. 10. Talk to your friends. Invite them over, call somebody up, text that person back you didn't have time to. I like to spend a good day off by myself then have a great time talking to people after I've recharged. 11. Have so much fun getting to do whatever you want you fall asleep at whatever time. Monday - Friday is about appeasing your body clock, Saturdays are for filthy pleasures like falling asleep at 3am because you were too busy flirting or reading or watching videos.
