ahhhhhh i love this song. i wouldnāt say itās special to me for any particular reason at the moment, but iāve just moved to a new city and iāve been playing it literally every single time i drive anywhere or play any music at all. ITS SO GOOD!!! i just know for the rest of all time iāll associate it with moving here, itās like a not yet realised specialness!!!!!

Not only are you supporting local music, you are maybe one of the only people who knows the song in the first place so any feelings of nostalgia and niche experience are amplified in a really crazy way

I got into hockey a little over a year ago and already being a competitive gal, it honestly reminded me of just how MUCH I love sports.You experience so much with your team. Anger, frustration, depression, but also overwhelming excitement, joy, and triumph. You grow to love these people and who they are, not just through the wins but through the losses, too. And I know that in the end itās just a cup and itās just a game, but thatās not the essence of sports. The essence IS the people. The players, the fans, everyone involved. Itās just so cool to me. :)
