@PLEADINGPISCES it took me a really long time. the key is to like yourself enough to the point where you want to do things that are good for you. Just starting things instead of wallowing in feeling overwhelmed is good. Also it’s that damn phone.
I was posting a lot on here yesterday to pretend I was not super depressed for no reason. I felt bad because I recently did ketamine therapy and it was life changing. But that was the first bad day I had since and it made me sort of anxious. But today I feel more at ease and in tune with life. Gonna maximize this!
yeah yeah it’s fun and all that but being distrustful is kind of the worst trait someone can have. I fear judgment and am so so avoidant that I hide the truth from people all the time and it only makes every situation worse! Own your actions and your words and communicate.
