there are of course a bunch of amazing concerts that i wasn't alive for that i wish i could have witnessed, but genuinely, the first thing that came to mind was this video.
the dim incandescent lighting, justin vernon's haunting vocals and the intimacy of that small apartment in rue des abbesses, paris... there's something so beautifully human and tender about witnessing live music in unintended spaces and i hope to experience something like that in my lifetime

Enchanting live performance. I love to put this on and just get lost in the soundscapes. Every song is so full and moving. So many monumental crescendos. The best version of Calgary.

Here's to hoping he NEVER sees this. I just saw him live and HOLY SHIT It was like *theeee* atmosphere! We had rain going down. I had my umbrella, so the rain was making the *perfect* pitter-patter. I liked the other bands, don't get me wrong, but being like a part of the 5 that made it for his set out in that weather… WOW, I don't think that will be forgettable anytime soon. I must add, this was my first live park show fiasco thing, a bit of bias on my end but, god-damn, it was awesome. AND THE VIEW AUGH HGH HG
also completely blew it trying to be cool and act like I wasn't freaking out about how cool it is that he PLAYS TWO INSTRUMENTS AT A TIME in his DMS, so I'm just gonna go over here and die now

i am a hoodie enthusiast of the highest order. these things are goated beyond all measure. i live in chicago, my boxer husky mix wants to go out all day long in -5°, you can trust me on the subject of warmth. gq wrote a longform piece on how cool this brand is, and as far as i can tell, they’ve got a perfect balance of integrity, humility, and drip.
if a carhartt hoodie is a toyota prius, then a camber hoodie is a volvo from the nineties that somehow looks like a porsche, but cool, if that makes sense lol. thermal lining goes as hard as the website. i just simply need you to trust me.
