Paying $8 for a Coffee so you can use the restroom

This drink cost me $10 with tip. Water at home is shut off for building maintenance. Ten whole United States Dollars for a dirty chai so I can use a damn ass toilet. A humiliating and pathetic experience. I actually don’t recommend this but nothing means anything anymore
