what has helped me immensely for any symptoms has been supplementing with a high level of probiotics + fibrous foods. kombucha, yogurt, those inner-eco coconut water shots with probiotics are a godsend. Oatmeal, chia, and the like is great
oxalate rich foods like kale, beans, nuts etc actually have no effect on me but everyone is a little different, I still eat them. spice + fat + alcohol = nightmare fuel, I try to avoid this
