One example is that I like to do my bodyweight squats (sometimes i put on my resistance band as well) while I'm doing something very serious.. such as when I'm coding, writing a report, blow-drying my hair butt-naked, cooking, doing my laundry, reading, watching a movie, writing, crocheting etc. ... honestly just any task that allows me to work on my legs simultaneously... had to maximize the amount of things i can do in this moment..........

this is extremely guy coded but for some reason itโ€™s cracked the whole gym thing wide open for me (granted i only do this at my apartment gym but still.) i roll right out of bed in the morning and head downstairs and i fucking love it. maybe itโ€™s the secret to actually being consistent w the gym
