Favorite form of exercise for a number of reasons:
-People will invite you to pet their dogs
-Get to wear a regular outfit instead of feeling shitty in gym clothes
-Get to enjoy the Spring weather
-Can reward yourself with a nice view or a nice treat from a local business
-Hours of music and peoplewatching
-Low impact and doesnโt make me feel like Iโm going to die for several days after like lifting heavy does
-Reminds you itโs a small world and you have the power to traverse it
if it's a lovely day out, consider taking a little walk through nature with your friends! perhaps you'll race sticks under a bridge or perhaps you'll spend half an hour picking up glass by the side of a creek. you know, for fun.
